This Prenatal/Postnatal Pilates Class runs to 110bpm of continuous 60 min music. Fundamental Pilates mat exercises are layered to promote good body mechanics,
eliminate back pain, strengthen upper body and improve overall wellbeing. Pilates Class session is segmented into 20 min blocks, such us Warm Up, Upper body, Lower Body & Back.
Small equipment is utilized throughout, such as Large Pilates Ball, Thera Band, 1kg Dumb Bells, and/or Pilates Fitness Circle. Small equipment is used in no more than one block per class.
