This Energetic Pilates Mat Class runs to 126 bpm of continuous 60 min music. Fundamental Pilates mat exercises are layered from basic, intermediate to advanced level and are segmented into four 15 minutes blocks... or five 12 minutes blocks...

2. Upper Body Workout
3. Abdominals
4. Lower Body & Back
5. Flexibility
Small equipment is utilized throughout, such as Small Pilates Ball, Thera Band and 1kg Dumb Bells, and/or Pilates Fitness Circle. Small equipment is used in no more than two to three blocks per class.
