This Energetic Pilates Mat Class runs to 120bpm of continuous 60 min music. Fundamental Pilates mat exercises are layered from basic, intermediate to advanced level and
are segmented into four approximately 15 min long blocks, such as Warm Up, Upper Body, Abs and Lower Body & Back.
Small equipment is utilized throughout, such as Small Pilates Ball, Thera Band and 1kg Dumb Bells, and/or Pilates Fitness Circle. Small equipment is used in no more than two to three blocks per class.
